Meal Plan Options
PLATINUM MEAL PLAN: Cost: $1,830.00 per semester
This plan includes an unlimited number of All You Care To Eat Meals during scheduled breakfast hours at the Wood Center and lunch and dinner hours at Lola Tilly Commons. It also includes $75.00 in Munch Money, which can be used at all UAF campus dining locations and most vending locations. This plan does not include guest privileges.
GOLD MEAL PLAN: Cost: $1,810.00 per semester
This plan includes an unlimited number of All You Care To Eat Meals during scheduled lunch and dinner hours at Lola Tilly Commons. It also includes $100.00 in Munch Money, which can be used at all UAF campus dining locations and most vending locations. This plan does not include guest privileges.
DENALI BLOCK MEAL PLAN: $2,120.00 per semester
This plan includes 250 All You Care To Eat Meals during scheduled breakfast hours at the Wood Center and lunch and dinner hours at Lola Tilly Commons. This meal plan also includes the flexibility to exchange a meal in the equivalency of $5.00 toward a purchase at any of the UAF campus-wide Dining Services retail locations, excluding Subway. It also includes $200.00 in Munch Money, which can be used at all UAF campus dining locations and most vending locations.
Flexible Meal Plan Options
NANOOK MEAL PLAN: Cost: $2,250.00 per semester
This plan includes $2,250.00 in Munch Money that can be spent at any UAF campus dining locations and most vending locations. Providing maximum flexibility, there are no re-strictions on use of dining locations or on who can enroll.
CHENA MEAL PLAN: Cost: $1,200.00 per semester.
Enrollment for this meal plan is limited to Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students. The plan includes $1,200.00 in Munch Money that may be used at any campus UAF dining location and most vending locations. There are no re-strictions on use of campus dining locations.
WCC MEAL PLAN: Cost: $655.00 per semester
Enrollment for this meal plan is limited to students living in Wickersham, Cutler, and Commuter Students. The plan in-cludes $655.00 in Munch Money that can be used at any UAF dining location on campus. It provides a flexible way for stu-dents to participate in dining activities with friends on cam-pus, and provides students with a break from cooking for themselves.

Present your UAF PolarExpress Card at our dining locations. At Lola TIlly Commons or Grill 155 (Breakfast) we will deduct one block meal (Gold and Platinum Plans: Card is used to verify you are entitled to a meal plan). At all other retail locations and for non-meal plan transactions, your declining balance may be used.
Lost Your Meal Card?
Lost or stolen ID Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you, please notify the Polar Express Office immediately and make arrangements for a replacement card. You can find the Polar Express Office on the first floor of the Eielson Building or by calling 907-474-1547.
Have a guest over for dinner! All new Block Plans will allow you to bring a friend or family member for any meal simply by using an extra block meal.

We are happy to provide carryout meals as well as a sick trays as our overall goal to ensure that we can best meet your needs.

Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact the Executive Chef or General Manager to schedule an appointment to discuss your specific needs.
Dining Policies & Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:
- Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
- Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
- Remember that meal cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the meal plan purchaser.
- One meal credit is equal to either one meal in the dining room, or one “To GO” container with one fountain beverage. No leftovers are to be removed from the dining room.
Your PolarExpress Card
Your PolarExpress Card must be presented to use your meal plan, cash equivalency, or declining dollars. Your PolarExpress Card is the only way that our staff can identify you and confirm you are the proper plan holder.
You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites within the Lola Tilly Commons. All you have to do is ask! Please note, however, our seconds policy excludes
