The Wood Center is the main hub for students, staff, faculty, and other campus guests. We provide a wide selection of dining choices!

In addition, Dining Services provides service throughout the UAF Campus at the West Ridge Café in the Arctic Health Building, as well as the Campus Cache in the MBS Residence Halls, and the CTC Building on 604 Barnette. In addition, we operate a seasonal coffee kiosks in the UAF Rasmuson Library and the UAF Museum.

Wood Center Dining Options

Grill 155
Grill 155 provides tasty classics including hamburgers, sandwiches, as well as popular 'in-between' meals such as chicken strips, onion rings, Jalapeno poppers, and more.. In addition, Grill 155 is home to the Wood Center Breakfast buffet Monday - Friday.

Polar Perk
The newly relocated Polar Perk is home to fresh brewed coffee and espresso as well as pasteries and other baked goods for your enjoyment.

Pizza Luna
Your taste buds will be pleased when you try our signature recipe pizzas and pastas at Pizza Luna. Grab pizza by the slice or order it whole for your office, dorm, or party. All pastas are baked to order.

Taco Bell Express
Considered by many the "best Taco Bell of Fairbanks," Taco Bell Express provides everything you will find at a full-service Taco Bell except for frozen beverages and certain limited time offers, and also without the need to start-up your car!

Freshens and Sushi
Enjoy a fruit smoothie or pick up lunch on the run with our Simply to Go program. We also have Sushi made fresh daily. If you can't make it to Freshens, Simply to Go and Sushi are available at all of our restaurants.
